The Brief

Build Bright came to Natalie Jayne Creative with a strong, established brand and a clear vision.  Build Bright was already well positioned in the investment property space, however their existing website was a single landing page that didn’t reflect the scale of the business, the breadth of their offerings, or their existing authority in the market.


The goal wasn’t to rebrand, it was to elevate and structure what already existed into a high-performing, high-credibility digital platform that could support growth, positioning, and enquiry.


Build Bright's key priorities were:

  • Clear breakdown of investment products and services

  • High-profile positioning in the build-to-rent and investment space

  • Strong integration of media platforms (YouTube, podcast, Spotify, social)

  • Dynamic design with thoughtful animations throughout

  • A website that converts, not just looks good


The Strategy

The site was strategically designed to move beyond “brochure-style” web design and function as a digital investment platform.


We focused on:

  • Structuring multiple investment pathways clearly (SMSF, Build to Rent, Dual Key, DHA, New Home Builds)

  • Positioning Build Bright as a go-to authority in the investment build space

  • Creating guided user journeys rather than static pages

  • Building trust through education, media integration, and clarity

A key part of the strategy was introducing downloadable brochures and qualification tools including a guided investment quiz allowing visitors to self-identify the investment strategy best aligned to their goals.

Results: 

Importantly, the introduction of structured content pathways and downloadable resources has added a new layer to the client journey, supporting education, trust-building, and more informed conversations before contact is made.


The website is now supporting Build Bright through:

  • Clearer client understanding of services and investment pathways

  • More confident, informed enquiries

  • Stronger pre-engagement education

  • A more strategic digital presence that supports business growth naturally

Rather than functioning as a static brochure, the site now operates as a living platform supporting positioning, credibility, and long-term relationship building.
