D + Z Constructions

The Brief

D+Z Constructions is a long-established Western Australian civil construction company with over 50 years of experience delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure projects across the state. As the business continued to evolve, their existing website no longer reflected the scale, capability, or credibility of the organisation they are today.

The brief was to modernise the website while preserving the strength of D+Z’s legacy creating a digital presence that clearly communicates experience, capability, and trust.

The Approach

The project involved a complete website redesign and build in Wix Studio, with a strong focus on user experience, information architecture, and content structuring. A clear hierarchy was developed to guide visitors through D+Z’s services, project portfolio, and values, ensuring key information is easy to find and easy to understand.

Particular attention was given to clarity, consistency, and flow, supporting both high-level credibility and day-to-day usability.

Project Presentation & Visual Storytelling

A flexible CMS was implemented to support D+Z’s extensive project portfolio, allowing projects to be presented consistently and updated efficiently over time.

Large-scale aerial photography plays a central role throughout the site, showcasing the scale, complexity, and geographic breadth of D+Z’s completed works and reinforcing their position as a leader in the civil construction sector.

Supporting Recruitment & Growth

To support ongoing recruitment, a dedicated Careers section was designed and built, including a custom application workflow that enables candidates to register interest and apply for current vacancies with ease.  This ensures the website supports not only business development, but also workforce growth and long-term operational needs.
